SPIRITDOJO ancient-future ‘tribal’ spirituality for men SpiritDojo works with men aged 18yo or older in the UK. It is open to those of different faiths or none, those that want to explore their spirituality outside their ‘comfort zone’ and to take it to the next level. It is not religious, nor ‘churchy’, but it is spiritual and that spirituality filters through to its activities. It is not only for the super-fit, but it does provide challenges for all men who are discerning and bold enough to take a risk and consider what ‘spiritual transformation’ might look like.
